Instructions
Add the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk to mix together.
Make a well in the middle and add the olive oil and warm water. Using a spatula mix until a shaggy dough forms. pour onto a work surface and knead by hand until smooth (about 5-10 minutes).
Transfer to a clean bowl and cover with a damp towel. Let proof in a warm place for 2 hours.
Punch down and place on a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into three and round into balls. Use immediately or place on a tray or plate in the fridge for 2-4 days. Remember to cover it with plastic wrap. Alternatively you could freeze it for up to a month..
How to bake
Preheat over to 450°F. If you have a pizza stone, let it preheat with the oven.
Let the dough rest on the counter for twenty minutes if taking it from the refrigerator. If not, go to the next step.
On a lightly floured surface, flatten the dough into a circle shape. Using your fingers, gently stretch your dough to desired thickness. Keep a border around the dough to create the crust.
To assemble, lightly brush olive oil over the dough. Ladle or spoon your desired pizza sauce, then add cheese or other toppings.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Or until The crust is golden brown.
