Lychee Limeade
This Lychee Limeade is sweet and sour. But with the addition of the East Asian Lychee it's floral and fruity. This is a refreshing drink to have any time of year and requires so little ingredients.

Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Other Ingredients
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- 10 lychees fresh (deseeded and lightly smashed) or canned
- 2 quarts water
- 2 cups ice
- mint leaves as garnish
In a saucepan, add the water and syrup. Heat until it is brought to a boil and it's thickened slightly (about 5 minutes). Let cool.
In a pitcher, add water, lime juice and lychees. Mix in the sugar syrup and taste to adjust sweetness.
To serve, put ice and pour in limeade. Serve with mint leave and lime circle (optional)
