This nutritional yeast popcorn recipe is a super easy and quick snack. Serve a bowl to your family and friends because it is a sure crowd-pleaser.

1bagmicrowave popcorn (no salt or butter)
1/4cupvegan butteror coconut oil
1 1/2tbspnutritional yeast
2 tsp salt
other flavorings (per your preference)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Put the bag of popcorn in the microwave and pop it based on manufactuar's instructions.
Melt the vegan butter and mix the nutritional yeast in a saucepan. Once it is combined to make a paste, add the salt.
Take a large Tupperware and put in the popcorn. Pour the butter mixture in and close the lid on top.
Shake. Shake it vigorously until everything is coated in the mixture.
Taste it and see if it needs more flavor.
On a tray big enough to hold the popcorn, place it in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until crisp. (optional)
Take it out and serve immediately . Enjoy!
Notes
To make your own popcorn, in a large pot, add 3 tbsp of coconut oil or butter. Once hot, add 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover with a top and let it do its thing. Resume this recipe from step 3.
