Authentic Pico de Gallo Recipe
Pico de Gallo is a little spicy, but so delicious mix of tomatoes, onions, and limes. It is fresh and a perfect accompaniment to tacos, burritos, or eating a spoonful just for yourself. It is so easy to make this quick side dish.

- 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 bunch of cilantro, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Cut the onion, garlic, and tomato and add it to a medium-sized bowl.
Open up the jalapeno and remove the seeds. Cut it into small pieces and add it to the bowl as well.
Mix and add the lemon, salt, pepper, and minced cilantro. Taste to adjust the seasonings. Serve and enjoy!
