I have been seeing this recipe everywhere on the internet. For good reason, it is the best dessert for anyone who can’t bake. No offense. I wanted to try it just because why not? Takes three ingredients and sets up in the fridge.

Lemon Posset
Materials
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- zest from 2 lemons
- juice from 2 lemons
Instructions
- Place cream and sugar into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat to dissolve the sugar. Once dissolved and little bubbles appear on the edges of the cream, remove from heat.
- Add lemon zest and juice from two lemons. Mix to combine.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then pour into cups or from some hollowed-out lemon shells.
- Put in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Enjoy!
