This Herb Dipping Oil is easy to make and perfect for dipping your bread into. This is a restaurant-style dipping oil that you won’t be able to stop eating.
I love dipping oils for their customizability and adding to the experience of fresh bread. As you may have guessed, I love making fresh homemade bread. And instead of eating it with butter, I will switch it up with a dip.
The ingredients are simple. It’s oil with herbs, parmesan, salt, and pepper. But the flavors are so delicious. You have to try this recipe!

Ingredients for Herb Dipping Oil
- Olive Oil I like using Extra Virgin Olive oil because of the health benefits, but you can use refined olive oil or another neutral oil.
- Dried herbs are used to give flavor to the oil, you can also use a combination of fresh and dried herbs if you want a fresher taste.
- Garlic powder is used, but if you want more bite, I like putting freshly grated garlic in. If you do not like it, omit it or add more garlic powder instead.
- Parmesan, this is optional. I like using dairy or dairy-free parmesan. You will have to store this in the fridge if you use this.
- Red Pepper Flakes for spice. Optional.
