Lemon Possets

These Lemon Possets are easy to make for a quick dessert. Only requires a few ingredients and it is so delicious. It’s creamy and lemony.

I have been seeing this recipe everywhere on the internet. For good reason, it is the best dessert for anyone who can’t bake. No offense. I wanted to try it just because why not? Takes three ingredients and sets up in the fridge.

Lemon Posset

These Lemon Possets are easy to make for a quick dessert. Only requires a few ingredients and it is so delicious. It's creamy and lemony.

Materials

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • zest from 2 lemons
  • juice from 2 lemons

Instructions

  • Place cream and sugar into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat to dissolve the sugar. Once dissolved and little bubbles appear on the edges of the cream, remove from heat.
  • Add lemon zest and juice from two lemons. Mix to combine.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then pour into cups or from some hollowed-out lemon shells.
  • Put in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Enjoy!
