Masala Chai

This Authentic Indian Masala Chai is a warm, spicy drink that is the perfect way to start your morning. It’s fragrant and easy to make this creamy cup of chai.

Chai blends black peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Masala chai uses these ingredients combined with black tea and milk to create a shot of tea that is milky, sweet, and spicy. As a person who is not a fan of coffee, this is a wonderful drink to wake you up in the morning.

I love chai. I can have it every day in multiple forms. Whether in a drink or dessert, I usually will gobble it down. For me, the spicier the better. I want it to burn down my throat. So when I tried this tea, this satisfied that craving in a delicious way. It’s potent in ginger and spices that kick you on the way down. The sugar soothes that burn to make a dangerously addictive cup of tea.

I recommend this for any chai lovers or anyone who wants a comforting drink to warm their bellies in the dead of winter or on a warm summer night. Honestly, this recipe is for anyone.

I hope you try it. Recipe below!
